Stream of Dreams school program has spots available in spring 2016

Looking for a community building, environmental education program the whole school can participate in? The Stream of DreamsTM may be a good fit! The goal of the program is to encourage environmental stewardship, improve water quality and create a community mural on a school fence as a reminder of our environmental responsibilities to maintain healthy streams for the fish and other wildlife which live within them.

Winter temperatures have arrived in southern Ontario, which has allowed Glen Eden’s snowmaking team to make snow and get the hill set to open this Friday, January 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Mountsberg’s Owl Prowls return January 15-16 and 22-23, 2016

Mountsberg Conservation Area is once again gearing up for our popular winter Owl Prowl programs. Intrepid prowlers will be provided with lots of information on our native Ontario owls during a winter night hike to search for wild local owls on January 15-16 and 22-23, 2016.
