Join Us for the Turtle Island Festival on September 9

Join us on September 9 at Crawford Lake for exciting performances by The White Pine Dancers. Presentations by special guest Rene Meshake, Ojibwe storyteller and artist. Visit the Three Sisters garden celebrating Indigeous food and agriculture. Kids will love the new Archaeology Discovery Room, corn husk doll making, discovery hunts, and more! Regular admission fees apply.

  • Storytelling with Ojibwe artist Rene Meshake in the Deer Clan longhouse. 12pm & 2pm
  • Performances by Gonrah Desgowah - The White Pine Dancers. 1pm & 3pm
  • Crafts for kids! 10am-5pm
  • Lakeside Sharing - learn all about Crawford Lake and secrets hidden in its depths. 10am-5pm
  • Visit the Deer Clan Longhouse. 10am-5pm
  • Archaeology Discovery Room. 10am-5pm
