Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
Looking to switch up your yoga routine? Trade your yoga mat for a stand up paddle board and work on your balance, strength, flexibility and concentration. Modo Yoga will guide you through a gentle practice to help you connect to your breath, body and the beauty of nature. This one-hour class is great for both beginners and experienced yogis. No stand up paddle boarding or yoga experience required.
