Give to Nature

As the world begins to heal from the events of the past two years, we reflect on the resilience and support we received from our communities. When we needed it most nature was there for us, and now it’s time to look ahead to our future and give back. This Giving Tuesday we’re asking you to support our Give to Nature campaign that will aid the continued restoration and protection of our parks so they can be enjoyed for generations to come.

The pandemic has reminded us that experiences in nature are vital to our health and wellbeing, for ourselves and our loved ones. Hiking and taking in the beauty of nature makes for the perfect family-friendly activity, giving us a much-needed break from screen time and getting curious about the world around us. When we reconnect with nature, we reconnect with each other.

Our parks also often serve our community as one of the best classrooms, teaching us the importance of the balance of our environment and how we can impact that balance, for better or worse. The funds we raise will help plant native trees and shrubs, build habitats, and continue to cultivate healthy ecosystems for future generations to explore and enjoy. With your help, we can pass on the gift of nature to the families of tomorrow.

This #GivingTuesday show your support and please consider donating to our local Give to Nature campaign to help us preserve and nurture nature. All donations are greatly appreciated.
