Give to Nature

During a year when it seemed impossible to count on anything, the one thing we could all count on is nature. This January we will continue our Give to Nature campaign, hoping you might be able to give to nature, the way nature has given so much to us.

Our parks have been extremely well loved by members of our community these past few months. There is not enough that can be said about the positive physical and mental health benefits we all receive when getting out into nature and breathing in the fresh air.

Since re-opening our parks back in May, our parks have welcomed over 800,000 visitors and are feeling greater strain now than ever before. In order to ensure that we can continue to protect, connect, and inspire with nature, our parks could use a little TLC. Funds donated will help us to plant more trees and native species that have been disturbed by increased foot traffic and to rejuvenate and care for our trails.

The silver lining of this past year has been the renewed sense of community and appreciation of nature we have seen throughout the watershed. All donations are greatly appreciated.
