Conservation Halton Uses Bidsandtenders.ca™
Conservation Halton is now using the Bidsandtenders.ca™ eProcurement platform. This new bidding system will modernize our service delivery to the vendor community.
The Bidsandtenders.ca™ system will allow you to review and download bid documents as well as submit bids online in a convenient and easy way, 24/7.
- preview bid documents,
- register as a plan taker,
- acknowledge agenda, and
- submit, edit and/or withdraw bid submissions.
Conservation Halton’s only form of bid security will be digital bid bonds on the Bidsandtenders.ca system. Where bid security is required, vendors will be required to submit a digital bid bond as part of their online bid submission. Vendors are encouraged to contact their sureties well in advance of submitting a bid to arrange for the preparation of any required digital bid bond to ensure that the bid bond is available for submission on closing.

Using Bidsandtenders.ca™ offers vendors many benefits including unlimited access to bid postings from all agencies using Bidsandtenders.ca™ in Canada. You will need to subscribe to Bidsandtenders.ca™ to download bid documents and receive notifications about new Conservation Halton bid opportunities. An annual subscription fee of $165 will give you unlimited access to bid postings from all agencies using Bidsandtenders.ca™ in Canada. A one-time pay per bid option is also available at $45 per bid. You will be able to preview bid documents prior to making a payment.
