Primary Camps (Ages 4-8)

Our Primary Camps include the Kinder WOW and Wee WOW programs. These camps offer a lower staff ratio (approx 8:1), and unique activities focused on our youngest friends.

Kinder WOW Camp

Ages 4–5

Though Kinders may be small in size, we all know they are big in energy, and this camp is a fantastic way for them to burn it off! Kinder WOW camp is a week of fun and adventure in a safe and supportive environment. Campers learn that the outdoors is the perfect place to explore and experiment, and also a great place to make new friends! In small groups, lead by our experienced staff, Kinders get to explore the trails and activity centres of Kelso, Mountsberg, and Crawford Lake.

During your child’s time in Kinder Camp, he or she will be in a small group led by experienced counselors who specialize in working with younger children. Extra attention is given to each child in assisting with sunscreen and bug spray applications, as well as water and bathroom breaks. In Kinder Camp, all activities are done at a slower pace and are catered to the energy levels of the group. Your child will experience a guided introduction to the camp environment and will be encouraged to expand his or her knowledge and skills within natural surroundings. There are daily opportunities to swim, rehydrate, and cool off in all of our parks, and these breaks are scheduled more frequently as temperatures rise. Of course, any specific needs your child may require will be addressed by our highly trained staff.
